Product Overview

The 4N25-000E is a 1-channel 6-pin Phototransistor Optocoupler for general purpose applications. It contains a light emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-transistor. Response time (tr) is typically 3µs and minimum CTR is 20% at input current of 10mA. It is suitable for signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances.
