Digitally controlled hot air station with an integral air supply and vacuum pick up at the nozzle. To cater for demanding repair operations. The powerful variable speed controlled turbine generates an air volume of up to 50 litres/min. An ion trap so that charge free hot air is directed at the component. Memory space to store upto 10 thermal profiles to ensure process repeatability.

• Suitable for repairs of fine-pitch components with a large no. of leads
• The hot air pencil has vacuum pickup for easy component removal
• The vacuum pickup feature is activated automatically during the process
• The unit can be programmed with a 3-step temperature time profile
• Bright, clear LCD for easy reading of the parameter settings
• Head has a lever to lower or raise the head in the z direction
• Standby mode reduces the nozzle temperature and air flow rate
• WHA3000P switches into Standby when the head is swivelled
• The heating plate heats up the component from below to the correct temp.
• Temperature Range 122°F to 1,022°F
