VJ2220A472KBEAT4X is a VJ Open Mode Design (OMD) series, surface mount multilayer ceramic chip capacitor for flex sensitive applications. Suitable for demanding boardflex applications, input filter capacitors, output filter capacitors, snubber capacitors reduce MOSFET voltage spikes and filtering for switching power supplies applications.
- 4700pF capacitance and ±10% capacitance tolerance
- 2220 (5650 Metric) case size
- C0G / NP0 dielectric characteristic
- 500V DC voltage rating
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C
