The SS3H10-E3/57T is a high voltage surface-mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier with matte tin-plated leads terminals and UL94V-0 flame-rated moulding compound case. The Schottky rectifier features guard ring for overvoltage protection, low leakage current and high barrier technology for improved high temperature performance. Colour band denotes the cathode end polarity.
