The TRANSZORB SA series Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode offers 500W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000μs waveform, 0.01% repetitive rate (duty cycle). It is used in sensitive electronics protection against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lighting on ICs, MOSFET and signal lines of sensor units.
