Product Overview
The ROX series from Vishay are high voltage metal oxide resistors. They are excellent choice for high voltage systems with the advantage of high wattage and space saving dimensions. It is suitable for special purpose and oil bath or open air operation. It has high temperature fired cermet film element, high purity 96% alumina (tubular or solid) core and solder-coated copper terminals. Typical applications include HV power supplies, laboratory equipment, power control and aeronautical.

- Available in ±10%, ±5%, ±2% and ±1% tolerance
- High voltage up to 45KV
- Temperature coefficient is ±200ppm/°C (standard), ±100ppm/°C and ±50ppm/°C
