Product Overview
The NTCLE100E3 series from Vishay are standard precision, radial leaded NTC thermistors. This device consists of a chip with two solid copper tin plated leads. It has grey lacquered, colour coded uninsulated terminals. Typical applications include temperature measurement, sensing and control and temperature compensation applications.
- Accurate over a wide temperature range

- UL recognized, file E148885 standard
- Resistance value at 25°C ranges from 3.3ohm to 470Kohm
- ±2%, ±3% and ±5% resistance tolerance available
- Beta value (B25/85value) range from 2880K to 4570K
- Tolerance on B25/85-value ranges from ±0.5% to ±3%
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Maximum power dissipation of 500mW at 55°C
