GBU6J-E3/51 is a glass passivated single-phase bridge rectifier. The applications include general-purpose use in AC/DC bridge full wave rectification for monitors, TVs, printers, switching mode power supplies, adapters, audio equipment, and home appliances applications.
- UL recognition file number E54214, ideal for printed circuit boards
- High surge current capability, high case dielectric strength of 1500VRMS
- Solder dip 275°C max. 10s, per JESD 22-B106, typical thermal resistance is 20°C/W (TA = 25°C)
- Maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage is 600V (TA = 25°C), maximum RMS voltage is 420V (TA = 25°C)
- Maximum DC blocking voltage is 600V (TA = 25°C), rating for fusing (t <lt/> 8.3ms) is 127A²s (TA = 25°C)
- Peak forward surge current single sine-wave superimposed on rated load is 175A (TA = 25°C)
