The ESH1PB-M3/84A is a surface-mount high-current density Ultra-fast Rectifier with solderable matte tin-plated terminals. It is suitable for use in secondary rectification and freewheeling for ultra-fast switching speeds of AC/AC and DC/DC converters in high temperature conditions.
