The BI2-G12-AN6X-H1141 is an Inductive Proximity Sensor with 4-pin picofast termination and NPN output. The inductive sensor is designed for wear-free and non-contact detection of metal objects. It operates with high frequency electro-magnetic AC fields which interact with the target. With inductive sensor, this field is generated by an LC-resonance circuit with a ferrite coil. The Uprox® inductive sensor operates on a new detection principle. In addition, due to its ferrite-less multi-coil construction, it incorporate features which provide this with significant advantages for a wide range of applications compared to conventional sensor.
