Product Overview
The OPB829Z series Slotted Optical Switch device that consists of an infrared emiƫng diode (LED, 890nm centre wavelength) and a NPN silicon phototransistor, mounted on opposite sides of a wide slot. A variety of aperture sizes are offered. Phototransistor switching occurs when an opaque object passes through the slot.
