Product Overview
The OP598A is a 2-pin NPN Silicon Phototransistor with dome lens. The wide receiving angle provides relatively even reception over a large area. This device is 100% production tested using infrared light for correlation with GaAs and GaAIAs emitters. It features 890nm wavelength and 260°C for 5 seconds lead soldering temperature from case.
