Product Overview
SLM600-KIT-NIST is a sound level meter/datalogger with calibrator kit including certificate of traceability to NIST standards. It can be used to test and verify sound levels for worker safety (OSHA), community noise ordinances, night clubs/concerts, airports, mines, athletic events, construction sites, vehicle testing, wind farms, new product noise reduction, and other applications.
- Records up to 32,700 readings with user programmable sample rate
- Meets IEC 61672-1 Class 2 standards with ±1.4dB accuracy
- A and C weighting with selectable fast/slow response time
- Analog AC/DC outputs
- Real time clock
- Min/max stores/recalls highest and lowest readings
- Sound level calibrator with selectable 94dB and 114dB output at 1KHz
- Fits ½” diameter microphones
- Output frequency ±4% at 1KHz with ±0.5dB accuracy
