Product Overview
The TLP705(F) is a 1-channel 6-pin Photocoupler consists of a GaAIAs light emitting diode and an integrated photodetector. The TLP705 is 50% smaller than 8-pin DIP and has suited the safety standard reinforced insulation class. Therefore the mounting area can be reduced in equipment requiring safety standard certification. It is suitable for gate driving circuit of IGBT or power MOSFET. Especially TLP705 is capable of direct gate drive of low-power IGBTs.
