The TLP351(F) is a 1-channel 8-pin Photocoupler consists of a GaAKIAs light emitting diode and an integrated photodetector. It is suitable for gate driving circuit of IGBT or power MOSFET. Especially TLP351 is capable of direct gate drive of lower power IGBTs. It is also suitable for IGBT/power MOSFET gate drive.
