Product Overview
TLP3450(TP,F(O is a very small outline non-leaded photo relay suitable for surface-mount assembly. It consists of an infrared-emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET and is housed in a VSON 4-pin package. It features low output capacitance, COFF, and thus fast on/off switching of a high frequency signal, making it ideal for switching applications in high-speed testers. It is used in applications such as ATE (automatic test equipment), high-speed logic IC testers, high-speed memory testers, measuring instruments.
- Normally opened (1-form-A)
- OFF-state output terminal voltage is 20V minimum
- Trigger LED current is 3mA maximum at (ION = 100mA, Ta = 25°C)
- ON-state current is 200mA maximum
- ON-state resistance is 5 ohm maximum at (ION = 200mA, IF = 5mA, t <lt/> 1s)
- Output capacitance is 0.8pF typical at (V = 0V, f = 100MHz, t <lt/> 1s)
- Isolation voltage is 500Vrms minimum
- Total capacitance is 1pF typical at (VS = 0V, f = 1MHz)
- Turn-on time is 50µs typical at (RL = 200 ohm, VDD = 10V, IF = 5mA)
- Operating temperature range from -20°C to 85°C, VSON4 package
