Product Overview
TCR3DF28,LM(CT is a TCR3DF series are CMOS general-purpose single-output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring low dropout voltage, low output noise voltage and low inrush current. It features over-current protection, over-temperature protection, inrush current protection circuit and auto-discharge function. It is suitable for sensitive power supplies such as analogue and RF applications.
- 2.8V output voltage
- Fast load transient response (⊿VOUT = ±85mV (typ.) at IOUT = 1 to 300mA, COUT =1.0µF)
- High ripple rejection
- Pull down connection between CONTROL and GND
- Ceramic capacitors can be used (CIN = 1.0µF, COUT = 1.0µF)
- Input voltage range from 1.8 to 5.5V (IOUT = 300mA, Tj = 25°C)
- Typical dropout voltage of 220mV (IOUT = 300 mA, CIN = 1.0µF, COUT = 1.0µF, Tj = 25°C)
- Stand-by current is 0.1µA typical (VCT = 0V, VIN = VOUT + 1V, Tj = 25°C)
- Output current IOUT of 300mA
- SOT-25 package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
