Product Overview
TCK126BG,LF(S is a load switch IC for a general power management with slew rate control driver, featuring super low quiescent current, low switch ON resistance and wide input operation voltage range from 1.0 to 5.5V. This device is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly and ultra low power consumption such as wearables, smartphones, and IoT modules.
- Wide input operation voltage range from 1.0 to 5.5V
- High output current is 1.0A, off state switch current is 0.6nA typ at (Ta = 25°C)
- Quiescent current (ON state) is 0.08nA typ (Ta = 25°C, VIN = VCT = 5.5V, IOUT = 0mA)
- On resistance is 46mohm typ (VIN = 5.0V, IOUT = -0.5A, Ta = 25°C)
- Built in slew rate control driver, active high
- Turn on delay is 335µs typ (RL = 500 ohm, CL = 0.1μF, VIN = 1.2V, Ta = 25°C)
- Turn off delay is 6µs typ (RL = 500 ohm, CL = 0.1μF, VIN = 1.2V, Ta = 25°C)
- OFF state switch current is 0.6nA typ (VIN = 1.0V, VCT = 0V, VOUT = 0V, Ta = 25°C)
