Product Overview
TC7SU04FU,LF(T is a CMOS digital silicon monolithic IC. It is a high-speed C²MOS inverter fabricated with silicon gate C²MOS technology. It achieves high-speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the C²MOS low power dissipation. The internal circuit is composed of single stages inverter, it can be applied for crystal oscillation. The input is equipped with protection circuits against static discharge or transient excess voltage.
- Low power dissipation ICC is 1.0μA (max) at Ta = 25°C
- High noise immunity: VNIH = VNIL = 10% VCC (min)
- Output drive capability is 5 LSTTL loads
- Symmetrical output impedance is IOH = IOL = 2mA (min)
- Balanced propagation delay time is tpLH ∼− tpHL
- Supply voltage range from 2V to 6V
- Quiescent supply current is 1µA max at (VIN = VCC or GND, 6V, Ta = 25°C)
- Propagation delay time is 7ns typ at (Ta = 25°C, CL = 15pF, input tr = tf = 6ns, VCC = 5V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- SSOP5 package
