Product Overview
TC7MBL3126CFT(EL) is a low-voltage/low-capacitance CMOS 4bit bus switch. The low on-resistance of the switch allows connections to be made with minimal propagation delay time. This device requires the output enable (active-low OE) input to be set low to place the output into a high impedance state, whereas the TC7MBL3126CFT requires the output enable (OE) input to be set low to place the output into the high impedance. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge.

- Power-down protection for inputs (active-low OE, OE and I/O)
- Supply voltage range from 1.65V to 3.6V
- ON-resistance is 13 ohm max at (VIS = 0V, IIS = 30mA, Ta = -40 to 125°C)
- Quiescent supply current is 40µA max at (VIN = VCC or GND, IOUT = 0A, Ta = -40 to 125°C)
- Input capacitance is 4pF typ at (VIN = 0V, Ta = 25°C)
- Power-OFF leakage current is 40µA max at (active-low OE, OE, A, B = 0 to 3.6V, Ta = -40 to 125°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- TSSOP14 package
