Product Overview
TC4584BF(EL,N,F) is a 6-circuit inverter having the Schmitt trigger function at the input terminal. It features circuit threshold level voltages at the leading and trailing edges of input waveform are different (VP, VN), the TC4584B can be used in the broad range application including line receiver, waveform shaping circuit, astable multivibrator, monostable multivibrator in addition to ordinary inverter. Since the pins are compatible with the TC4069UB, the substitution is also possible.
- DC supply voltage range from 3 to 18V
- High-level output voltage is 4.95V min (VDD = 5V, 25°C, (IOUT) < 1μA, VIN = VSS, VDD)
- Low-level output voltage is 0.05V max (VDD = 5V, (IOUT) < 1μA, VIN = VSS, VDD, 25°C)
- Positive trigger threshold voltage is 3.0V typ (VOUT = 0.5V, 25°C)
- Negative trigger threshold voltage is 2.3V typ (VOUT = 4.5V, 25°C)
- Hysteresis voltage is 0.65V typ (25°C, 55V)
- Quiescent supply current is 0.001μA typ (VDD = 5V, VIN = VSS, VDD, 25°C)
- Propagation delay time is 170ns typ (Ta = 25°C, VSS = 0V, CL = 50pF, VDD = 5V)
- Input capacitance is 5pF typ (Ta = 25°C, VSS = 0V, CL = 50pF)
- 14-pin SOP package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
