Product Overview
74LCX138FT(AJ) is a CMOS digital silicon monolithic IC. It is a high-performance CMOS 3 to 8 decoder. It is designed for use in 3.3V systems, it achieves high-speed operation while maintaining the CMOS low-power dissipation. When the device is enabled, 3 binary select inputs (A, B and C) determine which one of the outputs (active-low Y0-active-low Y7) will go low. This device is designed for low-voltage (3.3V) VCC applications, but it could be used to interface to 5V supply environment for inputs. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge.
- Low-voltage 3-to-8 line decoder with 5V tolerant inputs and outputs
- Output current is IOH /IOL = 24mA (min) (VCC = 3.0V)
- Power-down protection provided on all inputs and outputs
- Pin and function compatible with the 74 series (74LVC/ALVC/ etc.) 138 type
- Supply voltage range from 1.65V to 3.6V, AEC-Q100 (Rev. H) qualified
- Quiescent supply current is 40µA max at (VIN = VCC or GND, 1.65 to 3.6V, Ta = -40 to 125°C)
- Propagation delay time (A,B,C - active-low Y) is 1.5ns typ at (3.3 ±0.3V, Ta = -40 to 125°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- TSSOP16B package
