P6139B-PK10

P6139B-PK10 is a 500MHz general purpose passive probe with TekProbe I interface. It is a high bandwidth, high impedance 10X passive voltage probe with 10Mohm input resistance. It feature a small probe head and sharp tip that makes it easier to probe dense circuitry.
