CGA2B3X7R1H104K050BD is a CGA conductive epoxy series multilayer ceramic chip capacitor. The conductive epoxy application CGA series, automotive grade of TDK's MLCC, is a product for conductive glue mounting, not for solder mounting. The risk of silver migration is reduced due to AgPdCu termination.
- 1.0mm x 0.5mm [EIA 0402] size, 0.5mm thickness
- 100nF capacitance, ±10% tolerance
- 50VDC rated voltage, ±15% temperature coefficient
- X7R dielectric
- Operating temperature range from -55 to 125°C
