Product Overview
The VND600SP-E is a monolithic 2-channel high side Solid State Relay intended for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side connected to ground. Active VCC pin voltage clamp protects the device against low energy spikes. Built-in thermal shutdown and outputs current limitation protect the chip from over temperature and short circuit. Device turns-off in case of ground pin disconnections.
