Product Overview
ULN2803A is an eight-Darlington array. It contains eight Darlington transistors with common emitters and integral suppression diodes for inductive loads. Each Darlington features a peak load current rating of 600mA (500mA continuous) and can withstand at least 50V in the OFF state. Outputs may be paralleled for higher current capability.

- Output leakage current is 50µA max at TA = 70°C, VCE = 50V

- Turn-on delay time/turn-off delay time is 0.25µs typ at 0.5VI to 0.5VO
- Input capacitance is 15pF typical
- Operating ambient temperature range from -20 to 85°C
