Product Overview
TSV912IDT is a dual rail-to-rail input/output 8MHz operational amplifier (op-amp). The op-amp is unity gain stable and features an ultra-low input bias current. This device is ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-supplied and portable applications, as well as active filtering.
- Operating from 2.5V to 5.5V
- 4.5V/µs slew rate and 21nV/√Hz equivalent input noise voltage at f = 10kHz, top = 25°C
- 8MHz bandwidth and 8dB gain margin at RL = 2kohm, CL = 100pF, Top = 25°C
- Unity gain stability
- 5μV/°C input offset voltage drift and low input bias current of 1pA typ
- ESD internal protection ≥ 5KV
- Latch-up immunity
- 4.5mV offset voltage at top = 25°C
