Product Overview
The TSV622IST is an EMI hardened dual CMOS Operational Amplifier with rail-to-rail input/output. The TSV62x series features an excellent speed/power consumption ratio, ultra-low input bias current and low input offset voltage, offering a 420kHz gain bandwidth product while consuming only 29μA at 5V supply voltage. This op-amp is unity gain stable for capacitive loads up to 100pF.
