Product Overview
TS522IDT is a precision low noise dual operational amplifier mainly dedicated to audio applications. The TS522 device offers a very low input offset voltage as well as low voltage noise (4.5nV/√Hz) and high dynamic performances (15MHz gain-bandwidth product, 7V/μs slew rate). The output stage allows a large output voltage swing and symmetrical source and sink currents.
- ESD internal protection 2kV, excellent frequency stability
- Gain bandwidth product is 15MHz typ at (f = 100KHz, RL = 2Kohm, CL = 100pF)
- Input offset voltage is 0.85mV max at (VCC+ = 15V, VCC- = -15V, Tamb = 25°C)
- Input offset current is 10nA typ at (VCC+ = 15V, VCC- = -15V, Tamb = 25°C)
- Input bias current is 250nA typ at (VCC+ = 15V, VCC- = -15V, Tamb = 25°C)
- Large signal voltage gain is 100dB typ at (RL = 2Kohm, Vo = ±10V)
- Slew rate is 7V/μs typ at (Vi = -10V to +10V, RL = 2Kohm, CL = 100pF, AV = +1)
- Supply current is 4mA typical at (VCC+ = 15V, VCC- = -15V, Tamb = 25°C)
- Common mode rejection ratio is 100dB typ at (Vic = ±13V, Tamb = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, S0-8 package
