Product Overview
STM811SW16F is a microprocessor reset circuit. This low-power supervisory device used to monitor power supplies. It performs a single function: asserting a reset signal whenever the VCC supply voltage drops below a preset value and keeping it asserted until VCC has risen above the preset threshold for a minimum period of time (trec). It also provide a push-button reset input (active-low MR).
- Guaranteed active-low RST/RST assertion down to VCC = 1.0V
- Push-pull active-low RST output, 2.93V reset threshold voltage
- VCC supply voltage range from 1.0 to 5.5V
- VCC supply current is 5.5µA typical at (VCC < 3.6V)
- VRST temperature coefficient is 45ppm/°C typical at (VCC = 3.3V)
- Active-low MR pulse width is 10µs minimum
- Active-low MR glitch immunity is 100ns typical
- Active-low MR pull-up resistance is 10Kohm typical
- Ambient operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
- SOT143-4 package
