Product Overview
M24C64-DFMC6TG is a 64Kbit serial I²C bus EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) organized as 8 K × 8 bits.
- Byte write within 5ms, page write within is 5ms
- Random and sequential read modes, write protect of the whole memory array
- Enhanced ESD/latch-up protection
- More than 4 million write cycles, more than 200-years data retention
- Compatible with all I2C bus modes: 1MHz, 400kHz, 100kHz
- Output leakage current is ±2µA max (SDA in Hi-Z, external voltage applied on SDA: VSS or VCC)
- Standby supply current is 1µA max at VIN=VSS or VCC, VCC=1.6V or 1.7V
- Output low voltage is 0.2V max at IOL =1mA, VCC=1.6V or 1.7V
- UFDFPN8 package
- Industrial: device tested with standard test flow over –40 to 85°C
