Product Overview
M24C02-RMC6TG is an I²C serial access bus EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable memory). This device can be accessed with a supply voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V. It operates with a maximum clock frequency of 400KHz.
- 2Kbit (256 x 8 bit) device function
- Page size is 16-byte
- Byte and page write within 5ms (fast write cycle time)
- Enhanced ESD/latch-up protection
- More than 4 million write cycles, more than 200-year data retention
- Random and sequential read modes
- Hardware write protection of the whole memory array
- Standby supply current is 1µA max at (VIN = VSS or VCC, VCC = 1.8V)
- Operating industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- DFN8 package
