Product Overview
LM224PT is a low-power quad operational amplifier. The device consists of four independent, high-gain operational amplifiers with frequency compensation implemented internally. They operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible and the low-power supply current drain is independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage.
- Input common mode voltage range includes ground
- Single supply range from 3V to 30V, dual supply range from ±1.5V to ±15V
- Gain bandwidth product is 1.3MHz typ at (VCC = 30V, f = 100KHz, Vin=10mV, RL = 2Kohm, CL=100pF)
- Large signal voltage gain is 100V/mV typ at (VCC += 15V, RL = 2Kohm, Vo = 1.4V to 11.4V)
- Input bias current is 20nA typical at (Tamb = 25°C)
- Input offset voltage is 2mV typical at (Tamb = 25°C)
- Input offset current is 2nA typical at (Tamb = 25°C)
- Supply voltage rejection ratio is 110dB typ at (Tamb = 25°C)
- Slew rate is 0.4V/µs typical at (VCC = 15V, Vi = 0.5 to 3V, RL = 2Kohm, CL = 100pF, unity gain)
