Product Overview
LDQ40PU18RY is a high accuracy voltage regulator, which provides 250mA of current. This device is stabilized with a small ceramic capacitor on the output. The low drop, low quiescent current, and short-circuit protection make the LDQ40 suitable for low power battery-operated applications. An enable logic control function puts the LDQ40 in shutdown mode allowing a total current consumption lower than 0.3µA. Thermal protection is also included. Applications include EV powertrain, always-on battery connected application, infotainment and instrument clusters, ADAS.

- Static load regulation is 2mV typical at (IOUT = 1mA to 250mA)
