Product Overview
The LD59015C33R is a 3.3V fixed output low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator with an input voltage range from 2.4 to 5.5V and a typical dropout voltage of 150mV. It is stable with ceramic capacitors. High PSRR, low quiescent current and low noise features make it suitable for low power battery-powered applications. Power supply rejection is 80dB at low frequency and starts to roll off at 10kHz. The enable logic control function puts the device in shutdown mode, allowing a total current consumption lower than 1µA.
