LD29150DT33R

LD29150DT33R is a high current, high accuracy, low-dropout voltage regulator. This regulator features 400mV dropout voltage and very low ground current. Designed for high current loads, this device is also used in lower current, extremely low dropout-critical systems, where their tiny dropout voltage and ground current values are important attributes. Typical applications are in power supply switching post regulation, series power supply for monitors, series power supply for VCRs and TVs, computer systems and battery powered systems.

• Load regulation is 0.2% typ at (IO = 10mA to 1.5A)
• Supply voltage rejection is 72dB typ at (f = 120Hz, VI = 3.8 ±1V, IO = 0.75A)
• Dropout voltage is 0.1V typ at (IO = 250mA, TJ = -40 to 125°C )
• Quiescent current is 15mA typical at (IO = 0.75A, TJ = -40 to 125°C)
• Short circuit current is 2.2A typ at (VI- VO = 5.5V)
• Output noise voltage is 72µVRMS typ at (BP = 10Hz to 100KHz, IO = 100mA)
• Control input current is 5µA typ at (TJ = -40 to 125°C, VINH = 13V)
• Operating junction temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
