The ESDA8V21J is an EOS and ESD Transil™ Protection Device for charger and battery port. The unidirectional single line Transil diode is designed specifically for the protection of integrated circuits in portable equipment and miniaturized electronic devices subject to EOS and ESD transient over voltages.
