The BU931T is a 400V High Voltage Ignition Coil Driver NPN Power Darlington Transistor manufactured using Multiepitaxial planar technology. The transistor properly designed to be used in automotive environment as electronic ignition power actuators. Fast switching times and very low saturation voltage resulting in reduced switching and conduction losses.
