3S1F is a dry-type, encapsulated transformer for three-phase applications. This general-purpose transformer accommodates voltage systems worldwide. This resin-filled general-purpose transformer is epoxy encapsulated. The enclosure has no openings, making resin-filled transformers ideal for use indoors or outdoors where airborne particles or contaminants could be detrimental to operation. The core-and-coil assembly is embedded in an epoxy resin compound and wall-mounted for maximum protection. The Type 3R enclosure is designed to allow an energy-efficient transformer to be installed in environments requiring more protection. This dry sealed transformer is 1 phase and has a rated power of 3 KVA. This transformer has a primary voltage of 240 x 480V and a secondary voltage of 120/240V. The enclosure for this transformer has a NEMA 3R rating, and is wall-mounted, and is made of painted sheet steel.
