EFM32GG280F1024G-E-QFP100R is a Giant Gecko MCU. It offers unmatched performance and ultra low power consumption in both active and sleep modes. EFM32GG devices consume as little as 0.6μA in stop mode and 180μA/MHz in run mode. It also features autonomous peripherals, high overall chip and analog integration, and the performance of the industry standard 32bit ARM Cortex M3 processor, making it perfect for battery-powered systems and systems with high-performance, low-energy requirements. Applications include smart metering, water metering, gas metering, industrial and home automation, alarm and security systems, health and fitness applications.
- 1024Kb flash, 128Kb RAM, 48MHz max speed
- 1.98 to 3.8V supply voltage, ARM Cortex-M3 at 48MHz
- DSP instruction support and floating-point unit, memory protection unit
- Configurable push-pull, open-drain, pull-up/down, input filter, drive strength
- Configurable peripheral I/O locations, 16 asynchronous external interrupts
- 12 channel peripheral reflex system (PRS) for autonomous inter- peripheral signaling
- Watchdog timer with dedicated RC oscillator at 50nA
- Fully USB 2.0 compliant, on-chip PHY and embedded 5V to 3.3V regulator
- Ultra efficient power-on reset and brown-out detector
- Operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C, LQFP100package
