The SKKD 380/16 is a SEMIPACK® 3 Rectifier Diode Module with precious metal pressure contacts for high reliability. It is suitable for non-controllable rectifiers for AC/AC converters, line rectifiers for transistorized AC motor controllers and field supply for DC motors applications.
