Product Overview
BNS260-11/01ZG-ST-L is a 1NO/2NC coded-magnet sensor designed for use as a safety interlock switch on movable machine guards/articulating robot arms. Typical applications include food processing equipment, chemical processing equipment, woodworking machinery, packaging machinery and articulating robot arm rest position sensing.
- Glass-fiber, reinforced thermoplastic housing material and concealed mounting possible
- BG-GS-ET-14, EN IEC 60947-5-3 standards and TUV, BG, cULus certificates
- 24VDC switching voltage, 100A rated short-circuit current, 5Hz switching frequency
- Long life, no mechanical wear
- Insensitive to transverse misalignment and insensitive to soiling
- Connector M8 x 1, 6-pole and quasi-flush mechanical installation conditions
- Direction of motion: head-on with regard to the active surface
- LED is illuminated when the guard is closed
- 1m PVC cable termination
- IP67 degree of protection
