Product Overview
The BD6221F-E2 is a H-bridge Driver in different supply voltages and output currents to meet the needs of a variety of applications. MOS transistors in the output stage allow PWM speed control. The integrated VREF voltage control function allows direct replacement of discontinued motor driver IC. This highly efficient H-bridge driver IC facilitates low-power consumption design.
- Built-in selectable 1-channel or 2-channel configuration
- VREF voltage setting pin enables PWM duty control
- Cross-conduction prevention circuit
- OCP, OVP, TSD and UVLO Four protection circuits provided
