RTM-K31.03 is a power analysis option for R&S RTM2000/3000 series oscilloscopes. Analysis tools support verification and debugging during the development of current and voltage supply circuits. The R&S®RTM-K31 power analysis option facilitates the analysis of the turn on/turn off behavior, the internal transfer function of the overall circuit, the safe operating area (SOA), the output signal quality and any loss.
