RT-ZD01.02

The RT-ZD01.02 from Rohde & Schwarz is a 100MHz, high-voltage, active differential probe. The R&S RT-ZD01 high voltage differential probe is designed to safely measure high-voltage floating circuits using a grounded oscilloscope. The probe extends the measurement capability of oscilloscopes in measuring electronic power converters, inverters, motor speed controls, switch mode power supplies and many other applications. The R&S RT-ZD01 high voltage differential probe conforms to the safety requirements for CAT III measurement instruments and pollution degree 2 according to IEC 61010. The maximum working voltage is 1000V (RMS) between each input lead and earth ground. This limit applies for all attenuation settings.

• High input impedance of 8Mohm and an input capacitance of 3.5pF ensuring low loading on DUT
• Selectable attenuation factor of 1:100 or 1:1000
• Wide common mode dynamic range of ±1400V can be used for both attenuation factors
