±16.5KV ESD protected, low-power, RS-485/RS-422 transmitter (driver) suitable for use in clock distribution, high node count systems, space constrained systems, security camera networks, building environmental control/lighting systems and industrial/process control networks applications.
- 5V tolerant logic inputs when VCC ≤5V
- Tri-stable Tx outputs
- Common-mode output voltage range -7V to +12V (VCC ≤ 3.6V only)
- Low quiescent supply current of 150µA (max)
- High data rates up to 20Mbps
- Hot plug - Tx outputs remain three-state during power-up
