Product Overview
5PB1104CMGK/W is a high-performance LVCMOS clock buffer. It has an additive phase jitter of 50fs RMS. It supports a synchronous glitch-free output enable (OE) function to eliminate any potential intermediate incorrect output clock cycles when enabling or disabling outputs. Typical applications include industrial applications, automotive radar, lidar, and other applications.
- High-performance 1:2, 1:4, 1:6, 1:8, 1:10 LVCMOS clock buffer
- Very low pin-to-pin skew is less than 50ps, very low additive jitter is less than 50fs
- Integrated serial termination for 50 ohm channel
- Operating voltage range from 1.71 to 1.89V (-VDD = 1.8V ±5%, industrial and extended)
- 12mA operating supply current (100MHz, no load, 25°C, -VDD = 1.8V ±5%, industrial and extended)
- Input frequency range from 0 to 200MHz (-VDD = 1.8V ±5%, industrial and extended)
- Output rise time (2pF load) is 0.5ns typ (0.36V to 1.44V, CL = 2pF)
- Output fall time (2pF load) is 0.5ns typ (1.44V to 0.36V, CL = 2pF)
- 50% duty cycle typ (-VDD = 1.8V ±5%, industrial and extended)
- 8-DFN package, temperature range from -40 to +105°C
