S01-02-R

The S01-02-R is a SolderSleeve™ Shield Terminator designed to make an environment-resistant shield wire-to-wire termination on cable. Transparent, heat-shrinkable insulation sleeve constructed of radiation cross-linked polyvinylidene fluoride. S01 series without ground lead meets the performance requirements of SAE-AS83519 (MIL-S-83519/1). The M83519 (S01) series terminator contains a colored thermochromic temperature indicator that exhibits a distinct color change when surfaces have reached wetting temperature. This color change gives both manufacturing and Quality Control an aid in the inspection of the completed termination.

TE Quality Alert (26-004): Non-qualified mil-spec products currently on stop-shipment, that contain flux which does not meet ROL1 classification requirement when tested to ANSI J-STD-004 (AS83519/1, AS83519/2, AS83519/3). Flux has been reclassified as ROM1 in accordance with ANSI J-STD-004D specs.
