TL431ACZT is an adjustable voltage reference. It is an adjustable shunt voltage reference with guaranteed temperature stability over the entire operating temperature range. The output voltage can be set to any value between 2.5 and 36V with two external resistors. It operates with a wide current range from 1 to 100mA with a typical dynamic impedance of 0.22ohm. Typical applications are power supply, industrial.
- Operating free-air temperature range from 0 to +70°C
- Reference input voltage is 2.495V typ (VKA = Vref, Ik = 10mA, Tamb = 25°C, Tmin ≤ Tamb ≤ Tmax)
- Reference input current is 1.8µA typ (Ik = 10mA, R1 = 10kohm, R2 = ∞, Tamb = 25°C)
- Off-state cathode current is 1000nA
- Dynamic impedance is 0.22ohm typ (VKA = Vref, ∆ Ik = 1 to 100mA, f ≤ 1KHz)
- 1% accuracy
