TL1431ACZ is an automotive voltage reference. It is an adjustable shunt voltage reference with guaranteed temperature stability over the entire operating temperature range. The output voltage can be set to any value between 2.5 and 36V with two external resistors. It operates with a wide current range from 1 to 100mA with a typical dynamic impedance of 0.2ohm.
- Temperature range from -20°C to +70°C
- Reference input voltage is 2.500V typ (VKA = Vref, Ik = 10mA)
- Reference input current is 1.5µA typ (Ik = 10mA, R1 = 10kohm, R2 = ∞, Tmin ≤ Tamb ≤ Tmax)
- Off-state cathode current is 180nA
- Dynamic impedance is 0.2ohm typ (VKA = Vref, ∆ Ik = 1 to 100mA, f ≤ 1KHz)
- 0.25% accuracy
- TO-92 package
